Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

This a very simple reciept.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon out by tsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 in a pre-heated 325 degree oven. Baking times may very. Makes about 1 dozen. Reciept can be doubled or tripled.
