BABY MOSES
There once was a king of Egypt who was afraid of the Israelites. The Israelites were God's people, and they lived in Egypt. There were more Israelites that Egyptians, so the king of Egypt was afraid the Israelites would start a fight with them.
So the king commanded that all baby boys that were born to the Israelites be killed.
One woman put her baby boy in a basket and placed the basket in the river. She trusted God to watch over him. Soon the king's daughter came to the river. The princess(the king's daughter)saw the basket, and her maid got it for her. The baby was crying, and the princess felt sorry for him. She said, I will keep him as my own son.
the baby's sister was hiding in the bushes, and she saw what was happening. She offered to find someone to take care of the baby.
So the baby's real mother took care of him until he was old enough to live with the princess. the princess named the baby Moses.
When Moses grew up, God used him to help the Israelities escape from Eghpt.
